How Do Guide Rail Connectors Work and Connect?

Guide rail connectors are used to link all guide rails for long track-saw cuts, automatically aligning the rails while being tightened in place, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Machined from steel for strength and rigidity, each connector slides neatly into the T-slots of both rails. When the four set screws are tightened using the included ball-head hex driver, the connector’s keystone shape is drawn firmly against the lip of the T-slot, ensuring precise alignment and preventing rails from shifting during use. The connectors do not protrude above the T-slot, allowing for seamless cutting without obstruction.

Compatible with Fes-tool, Tri-ton, and Ma-kita track-saw guide rails, these connectors provide a cost-effective alternative to expensive equipment. The connectors come in a set that includes 2 guide rail connectors, 8 stainless set screws, and 1 ball hex driver, all in a silver finish. Each connector measures 7/32” x 15/32” x 11-3/8” and features a self-aligning function for easy setup.
